Tiket servis

You can request technical support by opening a ticket. The procedure is simple.
Go to https://geoinova.rs/support/ page and click on a „Open new ticket” button, enter your Email adress and describe the problem.
Technical support team shall respond as soon as posible.


TeleCAD-GIS online support

On our site, you shall find FAQ page regarding TeleCAD-GIS.
Also, there is a comprehensive TeleCAD-GIS help available on the Internet. It explains TeleCAD-GIS commands and procedures. Same help can be accessed from the main menu of the TeleCAD-GIS application (as well as the offline version).

 

iPlan online support

Za korisnike iPlan-a je obezbjeđena pomoć dostupna putem interneta. Ova pomoć sadrži opise komandi i postupaka u radu sa iPlan aplikacijom.
